I have such a fun treat for you guys today—a giveaway!! And not just any giveaway—a giveaway of some of my favorite things, and the links to 10 other favorite things giveaways happening right now with some of my favorite bloggers. Last week, I wrote a blog post All About Hygge, the Danish idea of simple, cozy living that is the hottest trend of the year. Today, I’ve rounded up a few of my favorite hygge necessities to give to one lucky reader! The prize box you could win includes a luxurious, hand-knit navy beany with the cutest pom pom on top; 3 pairs of cozy socks that I almost decided to keep for myself; a Balsam & Spice candle from Magnolia’s new Hearth & Hand line for Target (it smells amazing); my very favorite Portland Bee Balm chapstick; a cute mug for hot cocoa or coffee sipping; my favorite Stephen’s CandyCane Cocoa (not pictured because it threw off the photo!); a super soft, turquoise blanket scarf to snuggle up in; and a copy of my book, Scandinavian Gatherings, so that you can make gingersnaps and cardamom bread and spiced cider for the ultimate hygge experience. **This post contains affiliate links. You can read more about them on our policies page.**
And for even more fun, my friend Amy of Delineate Your Dwelling has put together a mega My Favorite Things Giveaway extravaganza just in time for the holidays. 11 bloggers, including me, have teamed up to each give away a box of our favorite things. So you have 11 different, amazing prizes you can win!

So fun!! We are planning to host 22 family members on my husbands side!! We have everyone bring a dish so we aren’t swamped with it all. 🙂
Potlucks are such a great thing for big crowds!
We’re going to try and keep things simple this year, which can be difficult when you have a child from a separated household! We plan to go to my partner’s mother’s house, where all of our other loved ones will be as well. We usually try to volunteer somewhere as well, spreading the love is what the holidays are alllll about! And I have to admit, I get super excited to cook and bake for everyone, while they’re all excited to eat! 😛
What a wonderful idea to add service to the day!
We’re hosting Thanksgiving in our home for the first time! Plans for the week include cleaning, rearranging furniture, and being up to our ears in mashed potatoes and apple pie. XD

For Thanksgiving this year, I’m planning to bake pies with my daughters to take to my in-laws house for Thanksgiving dinner. My side of the family decided they want to drive out of town to a certain fancy restaurant that serves Thanksgiving dinner instead of preparing a feast, so I may just drop them off a pie afterward. 🙂
Going to a fancy restaurant actually sounds pretty nice!
We purchased a meal from a local Amish restaurant so our Thanksgiving is going to be as stress free as possible. Woohoo! 🙂
That sounds like a great idea!
