Fall Caramel Corn, 2 Ways

I admit that I have a bit of a sweet tooth, but I also have pretty decent self-control. However, I have a particular weakness for things that are A) gooey, B) covered in caramel, C) salty and sweet, or in the case of caramel corn, D) all of the above. If I start eating caramel corn, I will keep eating it until there isn’t any more caramel corn. If you built a prison made of caramel corn and trapped me inside, I would eat my way to freedom quite handily and without a second thought. And I’d enjoy every minute of it!

For my Made Mondays post for Rue Rococo this month, I created two fabulous flavors of caramel corn that are both perfect complements to the brisk, aromatic Autumn season. Chewy, sticky Peanut Butter Caramel Corn is sure to win the hearts of peanut butter lovers world wide, and Pumpkin Pie Spice Caramel Corn, flavored with cloves, nutmeg, and cinnamon, tastes like the very essence of Fall!
