“We love desserts in our house, all kinds. My husband and children have enjoyed many a treat, all for the sake of the blog. Tough stuff, huh? š But sometimes we don’t have the time (or patience) to wait through long bake times. That’s when we turn to this recipe for No-Bake Cookies. A combination of chocolate and peanut butter, which is always good, and is ready to eat in a flash. Our favorite is eating them while they are still warm and soft. So delicious!”
In a pot over medium-high heat, melt the butter. Add sugar, milk, and cocoa powder. Boil together for 1 minute, stirring frequently. Remove from heat and add peanut butter, stirring until well combined. Lastly, add oats. Spoon out onto wax paper to harden.

Two of my favorite ladies! I’d love to be in either one of your kitchens š
You’ll have to plan a trip! š
Yum, these sound amazing! I love no bake desserts, and with oats I could almost convince myself that these are healthy…right?
I sure hope they’re healthy, Joy! I was counting on that when I ate almost the entire batch in one afternoon!
Thanks for having me Melissa! So fun to see my pic on your amazing blog. š
Amy, it was my pleasure!! I’m so glad we’ve gotten to know each other over the past few months! You are fantastic!
