This summer has been a really good one, but I’m looking forward to all the lovely things fall has to offer, like cool, breezy days, crisp evenings, and the very best baked goods! I love classic fall foods and can’t wait to dive into all things pumpkin and apple and cinnamon. First up are these adorable mini bundt cakes. They are filled with tart apples and warm spices, and topped with a luscious, buttery caramel glaze. If you don’t have a mini bundt pan, you can bake them in a standard muffin pan and make a perfectly fall-ish batch of apple spice cupcakes.
I created the recipe for these Mini Apple Spice Bundt Cakes with Caramel Glaze for Oriental Trading Co’s amazing site, Fun365.com; click HERE to see the recipe. And to get more inspiration for your fall baking, visit THIS POST featuring 10 of my favorite fall recipes. Happy Fall (Baking)!
