Halloween is tomorrow!! Months ago, possibly the day after Halloween last year, I decided that we should do a family costume theme this year. Somehow I talked everybody into dressing up as Peanuts characters this year. Having coordinating costumes has made this Halloween season a little extra fun and exciting. We’ve already had a few Halloween activities this weekend, and we’re looking forward to what’s in store tomorrow. Every year on Halloween, we go to my grandparent’s or parent’s house for dinner, eat our favorite Halloween Stew, trick-or-treat until the kids are tired and their candy buckets are full, and head home happy and content. I made these Peanut Butter Pretzel Popcorn Balls earlier this week as a special Halloween treat for my kids. They’d be perfect to make for tomorrow’s class parties or to give to friends and neighbors. The salty-sweet combo is amazing, and the little chunks of pretzel and peanut butter are extra delicious.
