I don’t know about you, but it feels like I know a hundred people expecting babies right now! I always think of Spring as baby season, but this year, that honor belongs to Fall. I put together a fun Gender Reveal Baby Shower inspiration board for my latest post on Julep. It’s full of pinks and blues and balloons, flowers and sweets and surprises. And homemade Oreo pops! Oreo pops are delicious, look adorable, and are super simple to make. They look fab on a treat table and make for great baby shower party favors. Find all of the details on my latest Design to Dish post on Julep.
So cute! What an adorable idea!
Thanks, Chelsea! One of the best things about the Oreo pops (other than how delicious they are!) is that you can make them whatever color you want to match a holiday or party theme! The tiffany blue is my favorite, but you could do orange for halloween or red/green/white for Christmas!
Can I order these from you?
Hi Dana! I don’t make these to sell–sorry! But they are super easy to make, and a fun way to spend an afternoon. You should give them a try.
Hi, an etsy seller has stolen your photo and is using it as her own. I thought you might like to know. You can see her shop here: https://www.etsy.com/listing/224845168/oreo-lollipops-or-pops-for-baby-shower?ref=shop_home_active_46
Thanks for the heads-up.
How far in advance can we make these for a party?
I’d say they last at least a couple of days. The candy coating keeps the cookie fresh. The only thing you have to worry about it the candy coating getting that white powdery look to it.
Need recipe for icing of cake pops . I think it’s a running fondunt. If you can help please
Hi Thelma. The icing is Wilton candy melts. If you click on the link in the post, it takes you to the full recipe and instructions.
