What a lovely bundle!
Thanks, Kate!
We will be visiting Williamsburg – looking forward to seeing the holiday wreaths and other decorations.
How fun!
This year we’ve decided to stay home for Thanksgiving. Sometimes the holidays become overwhelming so it’s fun to make a nice family meal then gather around in the living room with blankets and a movie (or football!) and relax for the day. Then maybe over the weekend we’ll do a staycation so my daughter can swim in a hotel pool 🙂
Staycations are sometimes the best way to spend the holidays!
This is AMAZING! Those bee socks are adorable!
Aren’t they? I wanted to keep them!
Visiting our son and his girlfriend in Philadelphia!
Happy Thanksgiving, Julianne!
We’re doing an afternoon/evening long get together with my family. we’ll eat our meal early then just hang out most of the day together… then we always get out leftovers for turkey sandwiches and more pie
We do the same!
I am heading to my partner’s parents’ lake house with our dog, hopefully! And of course baking 🙂
It wouldn’t be Thanksgiving without holiday baking!
We’re having family from California coming to visit us
How fun! Happy Thanksgiving!
We live hours away from family and both have to work the next day so we’ll be having our own little Thanksgiving at home before heading to family over the weekend.
Sometimes quiet holidays are the best!
Lovely choices, with the weather turning suddenly frigid where I live, I would love these warm and cozy things, thank you for the chance to win!
They are definitely cozy!
I am going to be traveling back home to visit my family.
Happy Thanksgiving, Latanya!
I will be hosting Thanksgiving for our family here. Looking forward to all being together. Great choice for your give away.
Thanks, Sandy! Happy Thanksgiving!
We are visiting my husband’s side of the family.
Have fun!
Ooh what a pretty color palette you have going on here!
I’m headed to my parents’ for Thanksgiving – along with 27 of my relatives! I’m lucky that I get to have immediate family, extended family, and even in-laws all in one place 🙂
We have lots of family nearby too. It makes the holidays so meaningful!
What a fun giveaway – thank you!! My Thanksgiving plans are the same every year – visit Mom and Dad, eat too much, and laugh even more! 🙂
Sounds perfect, Nikki!
I do Thanksgiving with my in-laws, mom and sister, and we always do “Pajama Thanksgiving”, so everyone wears their coziest or silliest PJs and we make gingerbread houses after dinner!
Ashley, that sounds amazing!! I might suggest that to my family this year!
Such cozy and hygge giveaway items, Melissa! Thank you for joining with me on this.
We are going to my mother in law’s for a big feast with the family! I absolutely love getting together with them.
Sounds perfect, Kimmy!
This is the first year I am hosting Thanksgiving with my family. It is potluck style so it does take some stress off my plate-especially since I am in the middle of a cold!
A potluck is a great idea!
We are headed to my in-laws for a whole week, and I am super excited!! Looking forward to all of the fun times!
A whole week–how fun!
I totally plan on hibernating and enjoying some quality snuggling with my newborn. I may go downstairs for some hot rolls and butter.
I had a Thanksgiving newborn 3 years ago! He was just a few days old, and my in-laws made dinner and brought it over to our house. This year, he actually turns 3 on Thanksgiving!
I honestly haven’t made my thanksgiving plans yet!
Well whatever they end up being, I hope you have a wonderful day!
I am hoping to spend Thanksgiving relaxing with family.
That sounds like the perfect way to spend Thanksgiving!
My family will be spending Thanksgiving with my parents this year. They are local, so no traveling for us. Thank for the beautiful items in this giveaway! Happy holidays!
It’s nice to get to stay put!
My in-laws are coming to town and we might be hosting Thanksgiving at our house for the first time! I’m weirdly excited and equally terrified at the same time!
Some of the best things in life are a mix of exciting and terrifying!
This is the first year in a while I can have a full day of celebrating. I worked retail and always had to work Thanksgiving into black friday overnight. Not this year due to a job change and getting lucky with holiday rotation. I’m excited to help fill the house with wonderful smells, have all the nephews and sisters over and watch the parade.
Yay!! Glad you finally get to enjoy the holiday!
We’re visiting my in-laws for Thanksgiving!
Super cute giveaway, thank you!
We’re hosting Thanksgiving for the husband’s side of the family, which is always fun because there’s a lot of them & a lot of good cooking skills! ^_^ They’re wonderful people who make way too much food, & then decide it’s easier to leave the leftovers with me then to try to take them back to their house. What a beautiful holiday.
Haha, that’s how my husband’s family is too. They’re like, “We’ll just leave this entire sheet cake with you guys.”
Thanks for the giveaway! For Thanksgiving I’m going up to visit my parents in Maine. Before then, I’m doing a huge project for my students. I have a lot of work to do over the next few days
I do too, Jen!
I’m in Canada, so our Thanksgiving has already passed… But I’m excited to start planning for Christmas, and might spend the next couple weekends finding goodies to put in our advent calendar. I hadn’t heard much about Hygge until my dad mentioned it to me the other day. Now I have a new obsession… 🙂
Thanks for being a part of the giveaway, I’m glad that it has brought me to your blog!
Hygge is seriously the hottest thing this year, lol!
My thanksgiving plans are spending the holiday with my fiancé’s family! His grandfather isn’t in the best of health so the whole great big family is going to his house ☺️
That’s sweet that you all get to be together.
I will be with my entire family – enjoying a meal my mom makes every year – that we are not allowed to help with, haha. It’s always so amazing.
Nice! That’s so funny that you’re not allowed to help!
We’ve already had Thanksgiving up here in Canada, and it was lovely. A large meal with all of the fixings for my hubby and our two kiddos. I could easily skip the turkey and just have pumpkin pie!
My husband would probably agree with you! He insists on making two pumpkin pies every year, and usually ends up gladly eating most of it himself.
I am going to start prepping for Thanksgiving on Monday this coming week. My cousin has the meal at her house and I help prepare it every year. But I pick up the turkey from the farm on Wednesday. Excited!
Farm fresh turkeys really are the best!
I am traveling to the mountains to spend the holidays with my in-laws. I can’t wait to see snow again!
How fun! My kids are dying for some snow, but we never get any this early in the season.
We are visiting my parents for Thanksgiving dinner.
We are hosting out of town family for the first time ever! Excited to be at home for Thanksgiving this year!
It’s nice not to have to travel sometimes!
I’ll be spending Thanksgiving with my sister 🙂
Me too! Have fun!
Hanging out with family. And eating (a lot) and then napping and then Christmas movies.
Sounds pretty perfect!
Wonderful giveaway! We just love being home, relaxing, watching the Macy’s parade together, and enjoying our meal…that we start cooking the day before!
That’s what we do too!
I’m hosting Thanksgiving at our home this year! Love having family and friends over.
Have fun!
I love that scarf!!
It is so soft!
We are having lunch with my aunts, uncles, and cousins!
Thanksgiving with family is the best!
My plans are to cook cook and cook!
Same here!
We got lots of family so the plan is for everyone to bring a side dish to Gma’s it’s always the same and always great! After the festivities at Gma’s we will load up the Gbabies and head to the Christmas tree farm. We will all run through the trees and search for the most perfect tree! We cut it take it home decorate it , the house inside and out while playing and singing Christmas music. Then snacks! Then movies!
Sounds like a beautiful day!
For Thanksgiving, my whole family is flying all across the country to spend the holiday with us here in New England! We are thrilled and have spent the last few months making our house as welcoming as possible!
P.S. I bought those socks from Target, too! Great minds and all that.
I’m reading this going, “Oh my gosh, that’s what we’re doing!!” Lol! See you soon, Emmy! xoxo
We are planning to stay home for Thanksgiving and my mom is going to come visit for a week.
How fun!
I’m taking my parents to my sister’s house, we are getting back from a trip the night before so it will be the first time I’m not making something.
Enjoy a year off!
So fun!! We are planning to host 22 family members on my husbands side!! We have everyone bring a dish so we aren’t swamped with it all. 🙂
Potlucks are such a great thing for big crowds!
We’re going to try and keep things simple this year, which can be difficult when you have a child from a separated household! We plan to go to my partner’s mother’s house, where all of our other loved ones will be as well. We usually try to volunteer somewhere as well, spreading the love is what the holidays are alllll about! And I have to admit, I get super excited to cook and bake for everyone, while they’re all excited to eat! 😛
What a wonderful idea to add service to the day!
We’re hosting Thanksgiving in our home for the first time! Plans for the week include cleaning, rearranging furniture, and being up to our ears in mashed potatoes and apple pie. XD
How fun! I hope your first year hosting goes smoothly!
A ski race the day before and then a relaxing dinner with family.
Sounds fun!
So excited about the favorite things giveaway!
Me too!
Great picks! I’ve been eying your book! I have it on my Christmas wish list. 🙂
I hope someone gets it for you and that you love!
Everything about this is so wonderfully cozy!
I picked the coziest things I could find!
I’m not sure yet about Thanksgiving plans this year, which is strange….
I enjoyed helping my aunt host a summer solstice gathering of Norwegian friends back in June using your Scandinavian Gatherings book as inspiration!
That’s amazing!!! That makes me so happy to hear!
This sweet little giveaway would be the absolute BEST!!
Best of luck!
Perfect for these cold, wet, and gray Washington Winter days!

It makes me so happy to hear that!
We are going to Portland to visit family and we can’t wait!!
Fun! Hopefully you’ll get good weather!
My husband’s family does Thanksgiving big! So we’re headed to VA and have family joining us from CA even! It’s gonna be one big party!
Sounds fun!
We don’t have any set Thanksgiving plans. My hubby has to work 🙁
Darn! You should do your own little Thanksgiving on Friday or Saturday then!
We’re having dinner with family in a house in the middle of a Hood River pear orchard.
That sounds dreamy, Cheryl!
I will be having dinner at my aunt’s house. I always make cornbread and the veggie platter.
Two of my favorite things!
Just a day of eating with family!
That’s the perfect day right there!
Putting on my biggest hosting hat yet for my husband’s parents, his sister and her two girls! Should be an interesting, memorable long weekend. Happy Thanksgiving!
Happy Thanksgiving to you too!
Having dinner with my 2 sons, their wives, my granddaughter, my sister, her daughter, grand daughter, her daughter’s fella, my sister’s ex husband, our dogs (fortunately all three are small!) at our parents’ (no longer bodily with us) home. It’s usually loud and crazy and we have a grand time!
Sounds like you’ll have a full house and a full heart!
Lunch with friends, then dinner with family. I’m going to be stuffed!!
Sounds perfect!
We’re visiting family in warm Florida! Quite the opposite of hygge but I don’t mind soaking up the sun before some cozy time back home in Oregon.
Yes, soak up all that sunshine!
Doing all the cooking and baking for our little family! Staying in and feasting, but having lots of fun! 🙂

Aw, thanks so much, Kate!
I will be enjoying Thanksgiving at a cousin’s home.
I’m flying from SoCal to TN to visit family. It will be my 6 year old’s first time meeting my sister and cousins!
Oh how fun!
For Thanksgiving this year, I’m planning to bake pies with my daughters to take to my in-laws house for Thanksgiving dinner. My side of the family decided they want to drive out of town to a certain fancy restaurant that serves Thanksgiving dinner instead of preparing a feast, so I may just drop them off a pie afterward. 🙂
Going to a fancy restaurant actually sounds pretty nice!
We purchased a meal from a local Amish restaurant so our Thanksgiving is going to be as stress free as possible. Woohoo! 🙂
That sounds like a great idea!
can’t wait to be with family and friends
Getting together with extended family for a traditional turkey dinner, followed by our tradition of playing games.
