Easy Chocolate Croissants and Triple Chocolate Cookies

chocolate croissants puff pastry homemade

I must be craving chocolate lately! My last two Design to Dish posts for Julep have involved massive amounts of rich, melty chocolate. Easy Chocolate Croissants are a quick, shortcut version of one of my all-time favorite pastries. I can’t pass up any opportunity for a chocolate croissant, and now I can make a copycat version at home in less than an hour! Buttery layers of puff pastry dough surrounding dark, luscious melted chocolate. Yum! And these triple chocolate cookies actually have four kinds of chocolate, not three. But the word “quadruple” is a bit of a mouthful. Speaking of mouthfuls, I wish I had a mouthful of soft chocolate cookie right now. With two kinds of chocolate and two kinds of chocolate chips, they are so easy and so good. You can find the link to the croissant recipe HERE, and the link to the cookie recipe HERE. Have a great weekend, and don’t forget the chocolate!
