Harvest Pumpkin Muffins

thanksgiving morning breakfast pumpkin muffins minted julep recipe

Thanksgiving is right around the corner! I’m planning on having a baby on Thanksgiving (if he doesn’t decide to come sooner), but if I weren’t, I’d be making these delicious pumpkin muffins for breakfast. We’ve never had a Thanksgiving breakfast tradition, but I think it’s high time we start, and these little beauties are just about perfect: easy to make, filled with warm spices, wholesome and hearty, but not so filling that you or your out-of-town guests won’t have room for turkey. My Nana makes them every Fall and they are loved by all who try them. You can find the recipe on my latest Design to Dish post for Minted, along with links to some of my favorite Thanksgiving recipes, gorgeous paper goods, and stunning centerpieces.
