Lots of big holidays are on the horizon–Hanukkah begins next week, and Christmas is just around the corner! This slow-cooked garlic brisket is an old family favorite from my childhood, and would be an amazing main course for any holiday dinner. It’s both easy and impressive, a real win-win when you’re having company over. It only takes a few minutes of prep work first thing in the morning, then cooks all day, filling the house with delicious aromas.
