I haven’t always loved red velvet cupcakes. I hate to say it, but sometimes they’re just not that good. Kind of boring, sometimes dry, mostly just red. BUT I found an amazing red velvet recipe several years ago and have been in love ever since! The cake is rich and tangy, with subtle chocolate flavors, and it bakes up light and moist.
