I can’t believe that Easter is this weekend, can you?! It has really snuck up on me this year. Luckily, I recently realized that I’m bad at preparing for things like holidays, birthday parties, etc, and I’ve started buying supplies way in advance. Like months before I’ll need them. If I’m at the store and see cute holiday paper plates that I won’t need for two months, I go ahead and buy them anyway. I bought my kids’ Easter outfits at the beginning of March. As soon as the Easter candy and decor started popping up at the grocery store, I stocked up. So even though Easter is catching me a little off guard, I’m not stressed out because I already have everything I need. Thank goodness!
I made this fun and tasty Easter Candy White Chocolate Bark a few weeks ago, and the whole family went bonkers for it. You can use your favorite kinds of Easter candy to give it whatever flavor your like. I used chocolate, white chocolate, and malted milk candies, but I think peanut butter would be so good too. It makes an especially cute treat to share with others, and a great way to use up any leftover candy you wind up with after this weekend.
