It’s the start of a brand new week, and the start of a new/old contributing gig for Lulu the Baker. I’ve started creating recipes for Minted’s amazing blog, Julep, again! My first post went up earlier this month, and it is a real winner: Peach Crumb Muffins. We bought a big box of peaches at the beginning of September, and had lots of fun eating them fresh and baking them into every treat we could think up. These peach crumb muffins are based on one of my very favorite blueberry muffin recipes, but I think they taste even better with fresh, juicy peaches folded into the batter. They’d be perfect for brunch, with dinner, or alongside a cup of coffee or tea on a brisk morning. You can find the recipe on my latest Julep post.
And tomorrow is PUBLICATION DAY! If you’ve already ordered your copy of Scandinavian Gatherings, thank you! You should be getting it soon, and I hope you love it. If you haven’t ordered yours yet, get to it!
hmmmm, they really look yummy! Have to try them. I love to make muffins too, my favourites are some lemon ones: http://www.idimin.berlin/lemon-infused-cheese-cake-muffins/
